The property was beautifully decorated and modern. Amazing and lovely location, only a short distance to everywhere. Greatly enjoyed stunning area. Recently refurbished and reasonably large unit with a view.

The hotel has a remote location in the surrounding mountains. The staff are super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating people. Make sure you stay in the twin room with fresh towels, a sofa, for instance.

Whole place was impeccably clean with splendid views; stunning location by volcanic mountains. Wake-up service, available in my guest room, was a nice bonus. Included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue suited the needs, do recommend it. Really enjoyed the place, had a perfect stay of the most relaxing holidays yet. Everything was modern, yet a few employees were average. This hotel was located in a remote area just off the valley and the mountains, Surrounding areas and the restaurant including breakfast which was part of the deal.

Everything is very good here. The staff are highly qualified and very amiable, offer very good services. The units are huge, heated with a powerful heating and a very large balcony. The location is amazing and lovely, 2 km from Valley of the Nuns.

Speedy check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Not to mention free wifi! Amazing swimming pool and great and magnificent location right by the wonderful island of Madeira, which was quaint and the restaurant including breakfast which was part of the deal. Great way to end our christmas. Food was alright and staff were excellent. Thanks to manager, you are dope! Not to mention free WiFi. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Saida Eira do Serrado bus stop.

Efficient staff, alright food. We do recommend the hotel to friends as its location was SPECTACULAR. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to Santa Cruz. We were able to park on-site.
